Lower East Side is looking like a model home for Gigi Hadid, with new guy Joe Jonas
Model Gigi Hadid’s scouting apartments on the Lower East Side.
Boyfriend? Check. Apartment? Next.
Supermodel Gigi Hadid, off the dating market now that she and Joe Jonas are an item, is making waves in the real estate market instead.
The IMG model and daughter of “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star Yolanda Foster checked out a two-bedroom pad on the Lower East Side last week, spies told Daily News real estate editor Katherine Clarke.
The property, at 100 Norfolk St. near the Williamsburg Bridge, is in
the hottest new condo building in the neighborhood, with a striking
chiseled glass facade which cantilevers above the tree-lined street.
Hadid, who now lives in a smaller one-bedroom pad downtown, checked out
a unit on a low floor with a private terrace garden, dramatic
floor-to-ceiling windows and oak flooring, sources said. It’s asking
price was just over $3 million. All residents there have access to a
24-hour concierge, state-of-the-art gym and yoga room.
If Hadid buys the Lower East Side pad, she’ll also be an eight-minute cab ride from her pal Taylor Swift,
who lives across town on Franklin St. in a $20 million Tribeca
penthouse. Of course, location is one of several things the leggy Hadid
and statuesque Swift would have in common if the Los Angeles-born
fashionista settles down on Norfolk St.
